  1. This is really an informative article about PRINCE2 project management methodology. Honestly I am not aware of this 6 things to avoid when implementing PRINCE2 in our projects.

    I would definitely get a copy of Colin Bentley’s PRINCE2 Rollout Approach. As you said it would be a great investment to know this things to avoid when rolling out PRINCE2 to maximize our benefits in using PRINCE2 project management methodology.
