Masterclass to address project risk management
Project Manager Online is proud to present a masterclass on project risk management, run by John Jones of RiskTech and hosted by Akolade, in four capital cities throughout November.
The one-day masterclass is a must-attend for project managers who are required to establish a risk management framework and identify, understand and manage all risks in their projects and/or their organisations.
As it is now a tender requirement in many companies and government departments for project managers to be able to demonstrate how project risks will be managed, this masterclass will address the risk elements of corporate governance. This governance is required in Australia for publicly listed corporations and also an obligation in many other countries.
The risk management class is designed to satisfy your corporate governance and ‘Duty of Care’ requirements in line with the universally recognised standard AS/NZS ISO 31000: 2009 Risk management—Principles and Guidelines.
We encourage project managers and leaders, managers in risk roles, compliance managers, chief financial officers and executive and non-executive directors to attend.
