Australian fit out specialist TDA Interiors has become the fit out provider of choice for WPP, a leading communication services company that has businesses in advertising, media investment management as well as healthcare and specialist communications.

TDA Interiors has completed work on three fit out projects in three months and is undertaking a further four for WPP in North Sydney, worth a combined total of $4 million.

“Completing all three refurbishments within the three month timeframe was a challenge but we were able to easily overcome this and each fit out was delivered on time to the client’s high standards,” said Andrew Holder, managing director of TDA Interiors.

WPP’s rapid business growth necessitated the project, which included extra office space for a number of its agencies. TDA completed the refurbishments across separate offices in North Sydney for Milward Brown, Mindshare and Mediacom.

Milward Brown’s refurbishment (pictured), located at Level 11, 181 Miller Street, spanned 800 square metres and comprised the demolition of the existing interior. TDA delivered a full office fit out, including a new front-of-house area with reception and conference rooms.

The Mindshare and Mediacom refurbishments were carried out at 65 Berry Street. The 500 square metre fit out for Mediacom on level four that consisted of new workstations and joinery, cabling and IT as well as the refurbishment of internal meeting rooms.

The fit out for Mindshare on level 15 featured the adaptation of an existing fit out with the installation of new workstations and front-of-house reconfiguration.

Work is currently underway for the remaining four fit outs with completion scheduled for June 2012.
