UXC Consulting has become a ‘preferred provider’ of 4-D systems in Australia and New Zealand, the method NASA uses extensively to enhance the performance of its teams, their effectiveness in mission critical environments and project delivery outcomes.

The 4-D system is an holistic leadership assessment model that measures eight key behaviours, supported by a structure that enables organisations to develop high performance leaders and teams.

“The 4-D system offers a compelling addition to our business transformation and project, portfolio and program management services,” said Nick Mescher, CEO of UXC Consulting. “As a 4-D Systems preferred provider we can enhance and accelerate the capabilities of our clients’ leaders and teams; a crucial driver of any organisation’s ability to innovate, adapt and grow successfully, while improving the delivery and execution of IT and business projects.”

Developed by Dr Charles Pellerin, NASA’s former director of Astrophysics, the 4-D system differs from existing leadership systems as it provides the organisation with a framework of fast actionable data, development options and re-measurement to demonstrate improvement.

Pellerin says UXC earned preferred provider status after they “demonstrated their dedication to living these values themselves and to being able to help their clients transform through this approach”.
